NDTV reported that 47 people people got killed in Karachi in a packed bus after a few armed men entered it and opened fire. The people who died included 25 men and 16 women. There were around 60 passengers, including children. Most of them were from the Ismaili community.
The witnesses to this horrendous act say that there were six men who came on motorbikes. They then entered the bus and fired indiscriminately for nearly 10 minutes, shooting most of the passengers in the head. The bus driver was the first to get shot down.
