However, inviting your friends can make the streaming experience much better and the Rave app smartphones allows you to do the same.

How does Rave work?
Whenever you select a streaming service on Rave it automatically creates a new Room for that. Every room has it’s own privacy settings which means that if you set your privacy to Public anyone with a Rave account will be able to join you. Once you’ve created a room you just have to invite your friends. There are multiple ways to invite your friends using the Rave link however most of the users prefer adding them directly from their Rave friend list or they simply copy the link and send them through a messaging app.
The best part about Rave is that it doesn’t ask you to make any in-app purchases and works for free. In addition to this, for some weird reason when you use YouTube via Rave you don’t see any YouTube ads on the app which makes the video streaming experience much better.
How to use Rave to watch YouTube videos with your Friends:
Step 1: Download Rave on your Android or iOS device and open the app.
Step 2: Sign Up on Rave using your Facebook, Twitter, or Google Account. I’d recommend you to use Facebook because then you can add your Facebook friends directly and the process of inviting them to a new room in Rave becomes easier.
Step 3: Tap on the “+” button to choose a streaming service from the list. Since this guide is for YouTube we’ll be selecting YouTube but the process is the same for all the streaming services that are available on the App.
Step 4: Search for the YouTube video you want to play and start the room with. Once the video starts playing, select the privacy for your Room.
Step 5: Invite your friends by sharing the link or adding them directly from the Rave App and your work will be done. Everyone present in your room will be able to chat via voice or text and In addition to this, they can also vote for the next video they want to play.
