Microsoft Excel has a transpose feature that enables the user to move your row data into columns or the other way around, just select the cell by highlighting the rows that you want to transpose into columns or columns that you want to transpose into rows.
Right-click on the selected rows or columns to bring the drop-down menu, choose Copy to copy the contents of the cells of rows or columns in Excel.
Now select the cells on your spreadsheet where you want your first row or column to begin. Right-click on the cell and then choose Paste Special from the menu. At the bottom, you will see an option to transpose, check that box, and select OK. Your row will now be transferred to a column or your column will now be transferred to a row.
