The Jasleen Kaur case about her accusing Sarvjeet Singh for passing obscene comments near Tilak Nagar traffic signal, has gained a lot of attention with Sarvjeet (the accused) coming out and defending himself on Facebook and then an eye witness making an appearance on Zee news revealing the truth about the incident.
Sarvjeet Singh was booked under Sections 354A (punishment for sexual harassment) and 509 (word, gesture or act intended to insult the modesty of a woman) of IPC. After his side of story was heard and the alleged eye witness revealed the truth, Sarvjeet gained many supporters who believe he is innocent and want him to get justice. While his supporters want to protest and rally on the streets, he requests them to not to create any noise before his case’s judgement is announced. He does not want his case to get affected by anything that can be presented against him in the court. A sensible man?
CuriosityJunction supported Sarvjeet to reach out to his supporters through this video where he calmly makes a personal request to his supporters to not carry out any pretests and rallies.
He even said, he would love to join his supporters and rally with them after the court has given the judgment in his favour.
Whom do you support? Jasleen Kaur, who looked like she wanted all the attention and publicity or the accused, Sarvjeet Singh, who’s been trying to come out clean in the messed up case he is trapped in?
