You have to do your research well, be prepared for some random situations and also you have to stick at it, even if it looks like it’s not working initially.

1. Sleepless Minds
As the saying goes, the creative mind never sleeps. It’s cent percent true for the creative crowd out there. They sleep less, first of all and even when they do, their mind keeps on dreaming about something new, something Blue, something unique. Most of the time you will see them experimenting and you have to be a part of it always with the similar pace.
2. Unpredictable
One day they will be seen all shouting, jumping and dancing and in a supremely amazing mood and the other day they will be all lost in their own world and will speak minimum. Yes, mood swings will be common and so will be the extreme behavior. I know it is a little too much to handle. but then love does come with terms and conditions, right?

When they say, “I need to be alone for some time, they mean it unlike most of the population who use the same phrase to keep the company a little long. For them, ‘ME’ time is the most important thing in the world because that is the time when they introspect their ideas, think about new ideas, rejoice their success and take lessons from their failure. Do not ever try to disturb them then.
P.S. – No calls too, because when they are back to the normal world, they would like to see their phone normal and not with 365 texts and 200 missed calls.
4. Focused
Yes, they have their priorities straight. You are definitely their priority, but not the only one. Creative people have lots in their mind and so reading, painting, music or any other art can be their priority which will be ahead of you and you have to deal with it. Instead, it helps if you have similar interests.
5. Emotions run deep
Yes, they feel everything straight from their heart – be it a song, a painting, a situation in which an animal is injured; ANYTHING! When they feel bad for a dead bug, don’t say, “it’s just a bug”. Instead, tell them something which they will like to hear. Something like, “we will do a good deed in the memory of the bug.” As stupid as it sounds, it is bound to bring a smile. These are small little things, but it will make them feel connected and so it will be a plus point for both.

Want to date a creative person, be ready to listen to the stories all the time. Relive your childhood with them. They will never say something like, “the Sun rises in the east”. It will always be on the lines of “it’s God’s routine to paint the East with Orange every morning.”

They just pack their bags and go anywhere. Plans are for dull minds, for creative minds there’s adventure and lone trips. Oh yes, they go on unprepared trips and have the time of their life. Sometimes they forget the schedule and make plans for themselves. Yes, they live! Be a part of it sometimes, you will have the best time of your life.
13. Thinking beyond the obvious
If people think about dinner, they think about midnight snacks. As mentioned earlier, they are a package of randomness and surprises.
14. Participator
They participate in lots of activities – who wins the cycle race, who can eat more burgers, who can jump more times on one leg, those kinds. Yes they participate, not for the sake of winning but for having fun, because most of the times people forget to live. Creative people teach us that one thing.
