Step 1: Bring up the Apple Health app on your iPhone or iPad. To do this, simply launch the app from your Home Screen or make a search for it in your App Library if you are using iOS 14.
Step 2: Once the App is running on your iPhone or iPad, search for the button that says “Show All Health Data” to continue with the process.
Step 3: Now, bring up your Workout data in the Health App. To do this, simply go to Workouts and then tap on “Show All Data.”
Step 4: Entering the Workouts section will bring up a list of a lot of Workouts. . Swipe left on the one that you want to delete and then click on the “Delete” button.
Step 5: Once you’ve clicked on the Delete button you’ll see a new pop up on your screen that reads “Delete Workout & Data” or “Delete Workout Only.” Choose the “Delete Workout & Data” option and your work will be done.
