The idea of getting married is beautiful for the two who are madly in love with each other but the thought of spending a lot of money on booking expensive banquet halls, making guests’ list, picking up a fine menu just seems like a really bad idea. When Jeremy and Rachelle sat down to plan their marriage, they found out that it made them feel worked up, it required more than they could chew and getting married the traditional way not their thing. After silently thinking over the entire idea Rachelle said, “Why don’t we get married in Iceland instead?”.
And before they knew it, they were in their van, traveling around in Iceland.
They hiked over glaciers, under waterfalls, explored moss worlds, befriended horse and played with them, and relaxed in hot springs.
Their aim was to find a spot to get married. But they were not traveling around looking for it, they knew they will know it themselves.
One day while hiking, they discovered ancient ruins of an old church. This church was the only building that survived a volcanic eruption that happened years ago. The lava flow would part ways and flow around the church sparring it.
Jeremy and Rachelle knew this was the spot that they wanted to get married at and exchanged their vows.
The two exchanged rings, kissed, hugged, and went back in the van to continue their adventure trip.
With the little money they saved from their marriage, they managed to send their photographer back to document their marriage.
Here are a few pictures of them.
Seems like, they took the right decision to get married the way they did.
Iceland was a great choice!
This is like a fairy tale!
Lovers who travel together, stay together.
We wish the two a great married life!
