We are forced to see multiple anti-smoking ads on TV during our favourite shows and at the multiplexes right before a movie is about to begin. Who can forget Mukesh who dies of cancer! But do those ads make any difference? Are they powerful enough to make a smoker change his mind and subsequently stop smoking? India thinks it does not!
