Realme Pad, the company’s first tablet, set to go official on 9th September

Realme recently entered the laptop market with the launch of Realme Book and at the same time, the company had also confirmed to launch Realme Pad, its first tablet in the market. Well, we finally have an official launch date for the Realme Pad.

The company has confirmed that its first tablet device, dubbed Realme Pad, will be officially announced on 9th September in the Indian market. Interestingly, this isn’t the only product from the company getting launched at the event. The company has already confirmed the launch of Realme 8i and Realme 8s smartphones in India on 9th September.

As of now, Realme has not revealed much related to the tablet but has confirmed that the device measures just 6.9mm in thickness. From the teaser images shared by the brand, it appears that the product has a metal build.

In terms of specs, the leaks have revealed that the Realme Pad will feature a 10.4-inch display and come powered by the MediaTek Helio G80 SoC. It is said to pack 6GB RAM and 64GB internal storage. There will also be an 8MP camera sensor mounted on the back panel.

The tablet will come powered by a 7,100mAh battery and is likely to be running the Android 11 operating system out-of-the-box with a custom user interface. To know more about the Realme Pad, we’ll have to wait for the official launch event next week.
