Last week, OnePlus, announced that it will be releasing the OnePlus Watch Cyberpunk 2077 Limited Edition in China today (May 24). As scheduled, the smartwatch is now available for sale in China.
In terms of design, the watch is themed after the popular video game – Cyberpunk 2077, much like the limited edition of the OnePlus 8T. The watch features a neon-yellow accented bezel and strap, with the strap having a ‘CYBERPUNK’ branding. Furthermore, the watch features Cyberpunk-2077 based UI, watch faces, and boot animation. Peculiarly, the boot animation specifies ‘Android’. For those aware, the OnePlus Watch runs a modified RTOS (Real-time Operating System).
In terms of specifications, it is identical to the original OnePlus watch. This implies a 1.39-inch AMOLED show, a 402mAh battery, SpO2, and pulse sensors, and 5ATM water resistance is available.
Above all, this limited-edition smartwatch ships with a holder-cum-charger, which is designed after the hand of ‘Johnny Silverhand’, the main character of the game played by actor Keanu Reeves in the Cyberpunk 2077 computer game.
The OnePlus Watch Cyberpunk 2077 Limited Edition is priced at ¥1,299($202) which is slightly more than the regular OnePlus smartwatch which is priced at ¥999 ($156).
The smartwatch is now up for pre-order and will be accessible for buy on June 1. As of now, there’s no official word on this smartwatch’s availability outside China.
