As many as 20,000 case of child abuses are filed each year in India. That is not even the shocking fact. The fact that a lot of cases go unreported is way more shocking. A child is not necessarily safe in their own house too. If a child behaves differently, don’t take them for granted thinking that they’re sulking.
This video by Bachpan Bachao Andolan is a part of the campaign for putting an end to child sexual abuse, called Full Stop. They are going to launch a campaign in New York and India on September 23 and 24, respectively. This is going to be in association with Kailash Satyarthi Children’s Foundation (KSCF).
