Here’s why people all over the world are practicing Namaskar Yoga

As declared by United Nations General Assembly (UNGA), June 21 is celebrated as the International Yoga Day after our Prime Minister, Narendra Modi had suggested this day. He had said that the date of June 21 to be celebrated as the International Yoga Day as it is the longest day of the year (Summer Solstice) in the Northern Hemisphere and has special significance in many parts of the world.

The benefits of Yoga, which originated in India are known to all. The simplest form of Yoga is Namaskar. It is done by putting our hands together. In India, we see it as a sign of respect.
