Friendship lies above everything else; it doesn’t matter what a person is, as an individual – gay, straight, bi-sexual, lesbian or a transgender. Saathi IIT Bombay in its tradition of fresher orientation video shared the orientation video for 2015. The theme this year is “friends of queers”.
Saathi aims to create a safe environment for the members of the LGBT community. Students talk about how difficult it was, to come to terms to their sexuality and how their friends helped them.
